Dramatically grew digital revenue.  Nexstar needed digital leadership that could deliver. Through organizing and presenting at sales events, one-on-one client consultations, and managing Digital Managers and sales teams in over 20 Nexstar markets, drove digital revenue that grew 250% in less than three years, with seven-figure impact in the first six months.

Built online retail revenue stream. Wilkes-Barre Publishing Company was overlooking retail online revenue potential. Developed concept and created new revenue channels. Hired Internet sales specialist and retrained legacy sales reps. Increased online revenue from $100K in 2006 to $480K in 2009.

Set the standard for training. Nexstar Broadcasting group had no standard for training staff on basic digital concepts, and advanced selling. Created training and mentoring programs and continuing education for account executive and sales managers. These programs became the standard across the entire 100+ station broadcast group.

Engineered 4.2M increase in page views. WNEP’s website had low traffic. Worked closely with creative services department to actively promote the site. Created new online verticals and improved content. Increased Web traffic from 1.5 million page views in January, 2003 to 5.7 million by January 2007.
